Friday hours are observed for open lab. Students can practice skills in the lab area and go over lecture material. A nursing instructor will be on site for any necessary overview of lecture material and skills. Students can request an hour of overview with an instructor at the school on Friday's. Request must be placed in writing the week prior for scheduling purposes. The open lab hours on Friday: 10:00am -1:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm, by appointment.

Please note the application fee is non-refundable in any event. If a student
has paid tuition in full prior to the start of the program, the student may
be eligible for a refund. Please see the paid in full refund scale below. Return
policy may be negotiable related to the nature of exiting the program, and
would be at the directors discretion of the terms and conditions.
Paid In Full Refund Schedule
Full refunds will be issued up until the 1st day of class. A fee of 25% will be
deducted to cover administrative fees after the 3rd day of the program. After the
4th day which constitute the first week, there will not be a refund
distributed at that time.
Refunds may take up 30 days of the date student
submit in writing a notification of withdraw or drop in the program.
Refund would be mailed via US Mail to the address on file. Please know it
is your responsibility to ensure we have the most up to date address on
file.
All grievances or disputes need to be submitted in writing via the student grievance form to the program coordinator. The program coordinator must follow up on the grievance within 2 days of grievance submission to investigate the problem. The Program coordinator will interview all parties involved and decide regarding the problem. The student will receive a final answer regarding the grievance within 5 days from the date the grievance was filed to the school.
